Hello!  My name is Ms. Brenda Torborg.

I am in my 23rd year of teaching and loving it.  Working with children is a rewarding experience.  I love listening to all of their stories and experiences and am constantly amazed at all the life lesson they have taught me.  I am really just a big kid at heart who loves to share life lessons with kids.  

I received a B.S. in Elementary Education from Bemidji State University.  I started out teaching Third grade for 6 years at Holy Family Catholic School in Silver Lake before I made a big change to my first love Kindergarten.  I taught 9 year at All Saints Catholic School in Madison Lake and 2 years at St. Michael's Lakeside School in Duluth before joining the St. Philip's family.  This is my 6th year at the School of St. Philip.

I am blessed to be able to do what I truly LOVE to do.
